Brooks sponsored athlete Kristian McCartney has taken out his 4th series title of the Gatorade Triathlon Series last weekend (30th March) in St Kilda. Kristian had yet another great race coming second place in the final of the series which managed to clinch the title for him for the 3rd consecutive year.
It was certainly a day were Brooks athletes shined with World Duathlon Champion and recent winner of the Geelong 70.3 Ironman, Leon Griffin took out first place in the final race with a time of 57.40, which was 17 seconds ahead of McCartney. Peter Kerr and Adam Beckworth also had a great races which placed them 3rd and 4th respectively overall in the Series – fantastic results!
